The school introduced its first doctoral program back in 2018 with a combined D.O./Ph.D. degree in medical and biological sciences. Since then, it has launched additional programs in computer science and engineering, welcoming students into the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences in 2019 and 2021. Currently, there are 36 Ph.D. students enrolled in the engineering college, while another 16 are pursuing their D.O./Ph.D. degrees within the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
